If you know me, you know I have a serious love for cookies. So, I am beyond excited about my manicure that was inspired by a delicious treat: Oreo cookie milkshake! I only used two polishes to achieve this look and I really love the effect I got. A lot of people have asked if they're decals, which I'll take as a compliment. Read on for how I did this mani!
For this look, I used a couple of coats of Hard Candy's Cocoa Smore as my base and simply topped it off with Maybelline's Clearly Spotted (from the Color Show Polka dots collection). LOVE.
